Information collected on this website

This site has no contact forms, no accounts, and no newsletter signup. It does not ask you for personal information. The nutrition calculator runs entirely in your browser: the age, weight, height, activity, and goal you enter are never transmitted, stored, or logged anywhere, and they disappear when you close or refresh the page.

Standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — may be recorded by the hosting provider in server logs for security and reliability purposes. That data is not used to build a profile of you.

Information you send directly

If you call, text, or email, the information you share — your name, contact details, training history, health background, and goals — is received and kept only so a conversation about coaching can happen. Once you become a client, coaching records such as training logs, measurements, and correspondence are kept for the duration of the coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards.

How that information is used

To reply to you, assess whether coaching is a fit, write and adjust your programs, and keep required business records. It is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not used for advertising.

Sharing

Information may be handled by ordinary service providers used to run the business — for example email and phone providers, website hosting, and payment processing — strictly to deliver those services. It may also be disclosed where required by law. Health-related details you share are treated as confidential and are never used in marketing without your explicit written permission.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Your choices

Children

Coaching is offered to adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
